Can you give me an example of the benefits of using RA.Pid®?

the A/P Audit Analyzer, one of eight modular applications, organizations can seamlessly,
and for free:
- Identify and eliminate duplicate payments using six of the most common algorithms
- Complete analysis of all tax transactions processed through AP to ensure tax has
been accurately reclaimed.
- Validate contract compliance including pricing, rebates and other measurables as
agreed in the signed contract, against actual invoices/credits issued by the supplier.
- Provide a statement review, which is essential to ensure all unallocated cash, credit

Organizations’ wishing to upload more than 100 MB will need to migrate to RA.Pid®
Enterprise, our end-to-end spend analysis solution that supports organizations with
more complex data requirements. Pricing is available on request.

How secure is my data?
Security of your data is paramount, from the moment you register through to when
you access your spend intelligence via the rapidintel.com platform. To this end,
our software solution is developed to utilise multiple levels of encryption whilst
handling your valuable data. Currently, these consist of the following:
- Level 1 - Application Encryption. Application data is encrypted at source prior
to sending requests to our secure servers.
- Level 2 - SSL Secure Socket Layer through HTTPS. Applications use 128bit SSL encrypted
connections to our secure servers.
- Level 3 - SQL Server SSL Encryption. SQL Server SSL encryption is enabled to further
encrypt data transfer between servers and applications.
