Charles is a highly experienced and well regarded senior executive. He co-founded
Rosslyn Analytics Ltd. and Ockham Capital Ltd. and, prior to this was an Executive
Director of the asset management division of Panmure Gordon, managing £1.3bn globally.
He has extensive experience of working with fast growing companies and the capital
markets, whilst also currently sitting on the board of the highly successful SeaDragon
Offshore Ltd, where he is responsible for corporate governance. Charles served with
the British Army during Desert Storm and holds an MBA from City University Business
School, is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and is an Accredited Associate of
the Institute for Independent Business.

Hugh co-founded Rosslyn Analytics Ltd. and Ockham Capital Ltd. Prior to this, he
was with COO Investments (EMEA) with Citigroup Private Bank, he also worked for
Perot Systems, JP Morgan and Logica. After leaving the British Army he took a BSc
in Computer Science and an MBA from City University Business School.

Jeff has extensive experience in building and deploying enterprise solutions for
global organisations. Jeff has spent more than 15 years within the technology market,
holding senior positions with J.D.Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, FileNet, IBM as well
as helping to grow a start-up within the Microsoft Dynamics channel. Technology
solution experience spans ERP, e-Procurement, Content Management, Document Management,
Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and the SaaS
marketplace. Having lived and worked in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and The United
States, Jeff has a deep understanding of the complex multi-national environments
within which global organisations need to deploy solutions to their business requirements.
Jeff has a degree from Loughborough University and an MBA from London Business School.

Steve co-founded World Wide Web Communications Limited and has over 20 years experience
designing, developing and deploying scalable multi-tier thin client enterprise solutions.
Prior to this Steve has successfully managed the technology and software development
teams of various companies within the Asset Management, Distribution, Insurance
and Finance sectors and has provided solutions for many UK and International Businesses
and Organisations, some of which include or work with Nestlé, SERCo, the MoD and
NHS. Steve is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has extensive experience using
formal design, development and project management methodologies such as RAD, SSADM,
DSDM & PRINCE2.

James joined Clifford Chance in 1991 and specialized in energy, project finance
and corporate law. In 1998 he joined Edison Mission Energy and was part of the management
team that built and then sold that business in 2005 for over £1billion. His experience
includes the development of successful businesses through internal growth and acquisitions
and in particular the financing, acquisition and sale of wind, coal, gas, and hydro
power stations. In addition to corporate, contractual and legal issues, he also
leads the business development of several of our sales verticals. James has a 2:1
Bachelor of Laws Degree (with honours) from Manchester University.

Lance has more than 14 years of marketing communications expertise counselling organizations
in the UK, US and Europe on a range of corporate, branding, marketing and public
relations issues. Prior to Rosslyn Analytics, he was managing director of WPP-owned
Blanc & Otus Europe, where he was responsible for the development and growth
of the company’s presence in the United Kingdom. Previously, worked on behalf of
SAP, IBM, CA, Lyris and other technology-driven companies. Lance earned a B.A. in
International Relations from Washington College of Maryland.

Paul has more than 25 years of enterprise sales management experience in the UK,
US and Europe with companies as diverse as Xerox, Dell, IBM and a number of smaller
software companies. Prior to Rosslyn Analytics, he was regional sales director of
Kcom, where he was responsible for the managed hosting business. Previously, Paul
helped establish a new software start-up called Nalpeiron. Paul is a senior sales
executive with a proven track record in leading significant revenue growth, particularly
for early stage and medium sized software companies. Paul earned a BSc in Management
Sciences from the University of Bradford.
